I have known Larry for several years, and from the moment we met, his energy and vision stood out immediately. Joining the inaugural cohort of BaseCamp was a no-brainer.

What Larry has built goes far beyond a standard mastermind. He has channeled his relentless optimism, discipline, and passion for growth into a powerhouse curriculum designed to make men sharper leaders, better fathers and partners, and more grounded professionals in their communities. Pairing high-level personal development with expeditions that push your physical and mental limits in nature creates a brotherhood and clarity you simply cannot find in a conference room.

If you are ready to stop playing small, break through your comfort zone, and step into the next tier of who you are capable of being, BaseCamp is the catalyst.

What Tribe members say:

Larry’s genuine enthusiasm, encouragement, and insight make the BaseCamp program so unique. With the support of other men, and guided by Larry, I have seen growth in myself and my business. The Basecamp events are especially valuable as we share stories and experiences, helping each member grow in our personal lives as well as real estate and business ventures. Especially exciting is the culminating activity, this year aiming for the summits of the ice covered volcanoes of Ecuador, building on the growth made in our physical and mental toughness.

Mark Allen, MD, on how BaseCamp became a source of support during a time of profound loss.

BaseCamp has been a game changer. The adventures are incredible, and Larry is an exceptional leader whose generosity and dedication to this group are beyond compare. Fitness first and growth through discomfort have made me better on the mountain and in real estate, and much better at handling pressure when things get hard.

I met Larry at a retreat earlier this year, and he offered me an opportunity I knew very little about at the time: the chance to join BaseCamp. Something about it immediately felt aligned with who I already am and who I want to become, both personally and professionally.

Since joining, BaseCamp has taken me far outside the boundaries of what I ever imagined myself doing. Within months, I found myself exploring the Alaskan wilderness, flying into remote areas, hiking through bear country, and experiencing Alaska’s wildlife and landscapes in a way I never thought I would. Now I’m preparing to climb Mount Chimborazo in Ecuador—something that even recently I’m not sure I would have believed I was capable of doing.

But what makes BaseCamp special to me isn’t really the destinations or adventures. It’s the brotherhood and what being surrounded by this group of men brings out in me. It gives me strength, courage, accountability, and motivation to keep pushing forward, challenge the limits I’ve placed on myself, and become the best version of myself.

This has been an extremely challenging year for me personally, and I’m proud that despite everything, I’ve kept moving forward and remained focused on the life I’m trying to build. BaseCamp has become an important part of that journey and has helped give me the confidence to keep doing things that scare me and pursuing goals that once seemed out of reach.

I’m incredibly grateful to Larry for opening this door for me and to the entire BaseCamp brotherhood for what this experience has already added to my life. I’m excited for everything still ahead of us.
